For 2026, Manitoba fishing license is now offered as an optional add-on for guests who prefer to have Cobham River Lodge obtain it on their behalf. Guests who choose to purchase their own licence should do so in advance through the Manitoba eLicensing website, which is quick and helps avoid any delays on travel day. Licences are also available at many Manitoba sporting goods stores if you prefer to buy in person. When purchasing, you will choose either a conservation or a regular licence, depending on your residency and length of stay. Please note that Cobham River is designated as a conservation area; only conservation limits apply regardless of the licence type purchased. Since no one wants to choose between fishing gear and beverages, we offer a pre-order beverage service. Your order is placed on freight planes and at the camp before arrival.
