Booking Terms & Conditions

Pricing & What’s Not Included

  • All listed prices are per person and are based on a group size of 6 or more guests (Cobham River Lodge) and a group size of 4 or more guests (Hidden Lake Outpost).

  • Fishing licenses and taxes are not included in the trip price.

Reservations & Payments

  • Reservations are open and being accepted.

  • A deposit is required within 7 days to hold your spot:

    • $900 USD for Cobham River Lodge

    • $700 USD for the Hidden Lake Outpost

  • We prefer deposits by ACH transfer or Bank Draft (Cheque), but we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express (with a 4.5% processing fee).

  • Final payment is due April 15. If we don’t receive payment by then, your reservation may be cancelled.

  • Prices may change without notice due to currency fluctuations or increases in fuel costs.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before November 1st
    If your reservation is cancelled before November 1st of the year prior to your trip, we will refund all funds paid, less the trip deposit. The retained deposit may be applied to another trip in the same calendar year or the following year.After November 1st
    If your reservation is cancelled on or after November 1st of the year prior to your trip, your deposit will be forfeited and the balance received can be used on another trip in the same or following calendar year.

  • If late ice-out prevents your trip from happening, you’ll need to reschedule within the same calendar year.

  • If you cancel and we’re able to resell your spot, we’ll credit the resale value toward a trip the following year.

  • We highly recommend trip insurance in case of unexpected events.

Additional Charges

  • A la carte guiding services (subject to availability):

    • $300/day

Equipment Use & Responsibility

  • If you use boats, motors, or other gear without insurance, you’re responsible for any damage.

  • All damages must be paid in full before leaving camp.

Guest Responsibility Disclaimer

Cobham River Lodge and Hidden Lake Outpost do everything we can to make your experience safe and enjoyable. However, we are not responsible for any risks associated with your trip.

This includes (but isn’t limited to):

  • Equipment or mechanical issues

  • Weather or climate conditions

  • Political or travel disruptions

  • Services provided by airlines, guides, transport companies, or third-party contractors

We act only as agents for these services and cannot guarantee their performance.
